Staff was distant and not around other than TJ he was great. We were upgraded but unable to sit outside our door. All fire pits that were advertised were put away and there wasn't even any patio seating for the restaurant The water was room temp even at its hottest. Plus there was a wedding where lots of unruly rude kids that were running down the halls banging on doors. The rooms were very outdated no elevator
