Very close to a favorite restaurant. Staff was very helpful with some challenges of the place. The place was clean.
Negatives:
coffee was terrible, the room thermostat worked very poorly. TV and phone didn't work at first. The railing in the pool room was unattached to the floor which was a safety issue.

The back door was having electrical problems and it was slightly inconvenient to have to walk around to the front door. However we really appreciate it when Pam saw struggling back there to get the door open and came and opened it from the inside. She is really a jewel; please keep her on your team.

Have stayed one night a week for several weeks now. The place is always clean. Staff is very friendly! Needed help with the TV and they came immediately to fix it. So impressed and very happy with my stay there
Negatives:
Cant say anything was disliked at all. With the exception last week with tornado in surrounding areas. Staff handled this extremely professional.
