It was the cheapest hotel available near the KY horse park (still $300 for two nights). The woman who checked me in was quite pleasant.
Negatives:
I'm sure 20 years ago this was a very nice facility however it has been poorly maintained. Excessive smoking rooms leaves the entire facility reeking of tobacco and marijuana. The bathroom clearly had black mold on the ceiling that they've attempted to paint over several times. Vending machines were either out of order or almost empty. While the room was advertised to come with breakfast, when I went to grab something to eat at 8AM, the front desk staff said, they didn't have breakfast. Just a single carafe of coffee. However, there was a sign on the wall referring to breakfast. Unless you are desperate, I'd just stay somewhere else.

I did not stay there and I cancelled. Was told my card would be charge a the property when I arrived. I phone in within 5 minutes of booking because we passed this place. But I was charge for nothing. Very poor. Called to have a credit back but got nowhere.

Our room key demagnetized twice and we had to walk to front desk to get it reset twice just to get back into our room. Side doors to outside went not locked and people came in and out frequently. Did not feel safe.

The website said complimentary breakfast. It was not provided. The hallways were pretty dirty and wreaked of marijuana and cigarette smoke. In my room there were multiple spiders and cobwebs that my fiance had to kill.
