The wifi was good and it was close to the restaurants.
Negatives:
We had 5 people only 3 towels, wouldn't give extra towels, no extra pillows, we're rude about an extra blanket. Since it was raining they refused to bring anything to the room. They didn't sweep the room they only made the bed, phone cord was broken had to hold it into the phone to use the phone. Didn't look like the cleaned the room before we got there very well, stains on comforters, stained towels, disgusting sink and bathtub. After they made the beds they took the dirty towels but only left 2 for 5 people. The air condotioner is plugged in to an extention cord type outlet and it's laying on the floor- fire hazard! Will be looking elsewhere if we ever go back to Louisville KY. Not satisfied at all!

EVERYTHING NEVER STAYED AND WAS STILL CHARGED AFTER TALKING TO STAFF WHEN I CALLED AND TOLD THEM AND HE TOLD ME HE WOULD RELEASE ME MY MONEY BACK TO ME WHAT A JOKE THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS PLACE .....

The pictures on your site are completely misleading. The building was terrible. The room was terrible. The location was absolutely awful. The building is falling apart. There were absolutely no other options in the city due to derby. Had we not been hours and states away from home we wouldn’t have stayed.
