The view of the West tower was amazing.20th floor. Restaurant on 25th was nice. . Facilities clean. Nice room. Great hotel. Comfortable stay! Parking garage is nice.

The hotel itself is in a perfect location. It has many, many amenities. It is very pretty inside and has many options for bars and restaurants.
Negatives:
The bedding is TERRIBLE! The only have a top sheet and a rough blanket with another top sheet. The sheets themselves were not 100% cotton and felt yucky. We asked for and got a second blanket, but again it was a rough, stiff blanket. It does not feel at all luxurious. Additionally, while I appreciate the green factor of not having travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash, they need to top them off after every stay. We had no body wash and you don't know that until you are already in the shower.

I booked room and realized I was trying get room over looking water and booking.com said they took care of it. Got our room and wasn’t over looking water. They said they were booked couldn’t change our room. Didn’t even look at computer. Was rude

First impression… the valet Jeff went out of his way to assist with luggage due to a lack of bellman and luggage carts. 5 stars for Jeff’s fast action and doing what was needed to accommodate a guest. Galt house how about springing for some more luggage carts.
Negatives:
Second impression the attendants at the check in desk… no smile, no welcome greeting you normally would expect at any hotel. Zero personality. Same with concierge later in the evening. Couldn’t be bothered… I guess I expected too much.
