Staff members great. Hotel employee on duty friendly and able to help us find pace to eat and Drug store. I hurt my back was in pain needed pain patches. Also first time traveling with our dog and she was very helpful.

Need to train the staff better , hotel room was not clean, front desk clerk acted annoyed like I was bothering him. 1st room he gave me had someone in it already.

Got trapped in the elevator three times even after the elevator technician came and fixed it it still trapped several people including my wife and kids

Clean from front desks to halls and rooms.

The hotel staff was great and breakfast was just as great.

The problem is trees and other natural sound bearers have been removed. The noise from the highway is loud. The staff moved me to another room but I could hear the traffic..

It was very clean and the hot breakfast was exceptionally good. The front desk clerk and staff were friendly and courteous.

I have to respond to the complaints about it being in a sketchy neighborhood. It is an okay area and just minutes from downtown. My family and I didn't feel unsafe at all.
