It took 5-10 minutes to get cold water. Hotel tried to fix it 3 times ended up telling me just have to wait for cold water to come. Got hot water for both faucets and shower. They did not make an attempt to move us to a different room.

They did not offer oatmeal or complimentary breakfast. The gym was missing equipment for the universal machine. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. There were also amenities listed that did not exist.

Hotel is outdated. When I arrived it says Sheraton outside but everything inside has Marriott (very confusing) the parking is horrible to have to walk up the hill with your belongings at night alone. Only one ice machine in the entire hotel with 6 floors horrible. The tubs weren't spotless clean I could visibly see the tiles needed to be scrubbed

The room was nice, they didnt have enough towels and/or wash clothes. There was a stain on the carpet from prior customers Im assuming( I didnt make it) the fridge didnt get cold at all for the beverages I had in there. Front desk was pleasant when checking In/out.

Worst hotel in this price range, do not stay here, find yourself a decent place. Don't let the 4 stars fool you.

Crumbling old stinky rooms, filthy carpet, horribly stained bathrooms. Ignorant and rude frond desk person. Our experience was horrible, never suffered through this kind of filthy, dusty, stinky room before. I wouldn't say there again EVER.
