the room was so small we had to wait for each to pass between the dresser and the bottom of the bed. bathroom was
so small the door barely cleared the toilet. Another waste basket could be useful in the outer room. only waste basket

I have been coming to the Omni Parker House for 30 years. The staff made the stay exceptional. They went out of their way to provide a sample of the clam.chowder for my son at breakfast so that he could try it before leaving. That was a lovely gesture.

The location was second to none. Staff extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived - Russell at the front desk was a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. We had breakfast in the hotel on our final morning and it was extremely good value, with exceptionally pleasant service - Guy and Jeff went to great lengths to ensure we had a wonderful experience.

A very enjoyable stay felt...
Positives:
Great atmosphere! One of the oldest hotels of Boston but does not smell like it. Very comfy beds, good shower, coffee/tea maker in the room, even a bathrobe & iron to use. Complete!

Our room had a door to the room next to it, bit noisy - we could heat the neighbours talk.
