About This Property

This hotel is 0.6 mi away from Boston Common and Faneuil Hall. It offers an on-site spa and fitness center and various dining options. Each modern guest room at InterContinental Boston includes floor-to-ceiling windows and earthy colors. A 55" flat-screen TV, coffee maker and in-room safe are provided. Free WiFi access is available to guests in the IHG Reward program. Miel, Boston InterContinental’s Provence-themed restaurant, serves French cuisine made with organic ingredients. RumBa, a certified green restaurant, offers a selection of rums and a private champagne bar, and Vodkaba offers 60 vodkas with access to a terrace with a water view. Sushi-Teq features a combination of traditional sushi and sashimi paired with a tequila bar. The Club Lounge is opened for breakfast, a mid-day snack and twilight hour. The renovation of the restaurant and bar starting Jan 2024 until April 2024. There is a spa on-site as well as steam rooms. The spa opens at 6:00 hours during the weekdays and 7:00 hours during the weekend with the first treatment at 9:00 hours and the last treatment at 20:00 hours. The Boston Convention and Exhibition Center is less than 0.8 mi away from the InterContinental. Logan International Airport is 3.7 mi away. We will be undergoing a renovation of the Lobby, Restaurant and Bar beginning Jan 2024 until May 2024.

Negatives: This property is OLD and DIRTY!!! The staff were mediocre at the least. I also came home with bed bugs!!!!! The first room I was given had blood stained on the sheets and also smelled awful. The second room was even worse. There were dirty dishes in front of the door when they moved me. Awful awful experience. Do not stay here. You WILL get bed bugs. It’s INFESTED!!

Positives: It smelled so good when you first entered the hotel. The staff were amazing and super helpful. The staff printed out a finisher certificate for everyone who ran in the Boston Marathon that day, I have never experienced that anywhere else. They cheered and applauded as each runner made their way in through the main lobby. It was super easy to walk anywhere around and within the city. It was about 1.3 miles to the running trail along the harbor and a quick ride to the airport. I loved my stay here!
