Its is run down badly... Nothing is clean, dirty smudges everywhere. The room was not clean, the accommodations are old and dingy. The Hotel is old and run down. It is now twice the cost to stay compared to last year.

The man at reception on check in was the rudest man in America.
Tried to double charge me.
Gave me zero information about the hotel.
Never took his anger eyes off his computer screen.
Hotel falsely advertised their roof top bar/the only reason I booked this hotel and then claimed because of “the rain” it was closed. We could see guests in it from our bedroom. False Fake advertising.
