I liked how nice and helpful the staff were when I had any questions. Plus I like how as a guest you have a $20 credit to enjoy breakfast at their restaurant when you come which is very unusual for a hotel.

Perfect location for a sightseeing...
Positives:
Pros: staff were friendly and extremely comfy beds, nice l'occtaine shower gels and modern bathroom. Lovely hotel situated in fantastic location.
Negatives:
Cons: a little pricey without discounted price and breakfast was a little disappointing, so went elsewhere for breakfast in the morning. Gym was pointless (1 bike and tiny set of weights).
Be careful of your shins on edge of the bedz also in the dark

Staff very friendly.
Negatives:
1) Lift was broken for 2 days (of 4 we stayed - and still broken when we left). There is only 1 lift. We were on 9th floor. And ran the Boston marathon. Painful.
2) Room is insanely noisy. Aircon is like an old jet engine. Even when aircon is off, we can hear the air ducts rattling around really loud. Not ideal when trying to sleep.
