Positives:
We were in and out pretty quickly, but the hotel was just off the interstate and easy to reach. The room was generously large with nice amenities.
Negatives:
Everything was a bit worn — chipped veneer, cracked shower, gloppy grout where the shower was resealed, dim lightbulb so we couldn’t see in the kitchen, no water pressure in the filtered water spout. The room needs a total refresh.

I couldnt sleep because they were noises all night from upstairs.

The hotel was nice, check in was friendly and easy, we got a free upgrade (which has never happened to us before), and the new room was really big, which was fun.
Negatives:
Breakfast had a real dearth of protein options. The bottom sheet on the bed wasn't quite big enough (didn't tuck in on the foot and head). Several minor things a bit broken. The room was really cold (set to 60), and took a while to warm up.
