They did not have the double rooms we booked. They asked 3 time how many adults we told them 5 and they gave us side by side rooms since no double suite and supposed to. The rooms They gave us we both king one a suite and one not. My husband had to sleep on the couch so my mother and I could share the bed since she has a bad back. If I only wanted 2 beds for my stay that's what I would have reserved not a 3 bed suite. Then the pool area had no towels had to go to front desk and wait for the front desk person over 20 min stated he had to go to their other hotel. Have stayed before and had good stay but won't again.

Pool was not in service. Which was the main reason we chose this facility. We were not walking outside to the next hotel to get in the indoor pool just to have to go back outside in the cold to get back to our room.
