Everything!!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK HETE UNLESS YOU WANNA DEEP CLEAN YOUR OWN ROOM AND BATHROOM WALLS ARE DISGUSTING!! TRASH BAGS WERE ALL OUTSIDE OF ENTRANCES FOR HOURS I WENT IN AND OUT MULTIPLE TIMES BECAUSE THE SMELL WAS HORRIBLE!! EVEN WITH CLEANING AND AIR FRESHNER I WAS NIT COMFORTABLE!! IF IT WASNT FOR DRAFT WEEKEND AND US LEAVING FIRST THING IN AM I WOULDNT HAVE STAYED!! STAFF RUDE GOT KIDS ALL IN THERE WHILE THEY WORKING! JUST FILTHY AND GHETTO FOR THIS AREA!!

I was very unsatisfied I got a jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi jets didn’t work and the heat in the room didn’t work either so I couldn’t turn the heat on and me and my fiancé had to bundle up in blankets to keep warm also it was very loud all night w music from the people above me and partying they were doing and I told the front desk all of this
