Positives: The breakfast was great! A great variety of items offered. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was so helpful and friendly. It was a quiet night. I didn’t hear other people or outside noise. The shuttle driver was helpful and courteous.

Negatives: I had hoped for a microwave in the room. Also I wanted free parking.

Negatives: I didn't stay because I asked for early check in because our flight came in at 1230. The email response I got was to refer to my welcome letter stating that the shuttle stops at 12am. When I responded that I needed early check in I was never answered. I canceled my reservation after that. I stayed at another companies hotel and they accommodated us . They picked us up at 1am and let us check in at 2am

Positives: Staff was nice, breakfast was very good but not enough seating room. In fact it was terrible seating availability.

Negatives: I was really really upset about having to.pay for parking. Also the room staff broke my toilet seat some how and when I called down to have it fixed was told no maintenance on staff. I was offered to move but that was so much hassle.

Positives: Great price for the stay, amazing cleaning staff, and great breakfast. Nice location and close to places we needed to get to. Check out staff was great!

Negatives: Check in was unpleasant. Staff member tried to dispute that we didn't pay for parking because she's never seen a receipt look the way it did in my email. The fact that we had to even pay for parking after having paid for the hotel room. Mainly because we paid for 2 whole days but didn't even need the parking after 10am on Sunday.
