The hotel was clean, accommodating, and friendly! Sue at the front desk was amazing!!! I made a mistake with my booking and Sue could not have been more helpful! She was so kind and made the experience so less stressful for me! I cannot praise her enough!!!!

My key card was deactivated while trying to access the lot. I was on the 5th floor and needed to walk from ground floor to access stairs and elevator. yuk
