Ease of checking in. Breakfast/coffee was good.
Negatives:
Way overpriced for the type of room and bed choice. No cold water in sink and the sink leaked. Had to park on the street because of overcrowding.

The manager, Jessica Orr, was outstanding. She went above and beyond. The rest of her staff was great as well. I like the fact that the trolley stop is right outside the hotel office entrance.
