Elevator broke didnt know till we arrived. The stairwell to our floor smell like pot and urine. The carpet was discolored and dirty.
The room above us had a dog that kept barking in the morning and night. Didnt know pets were allowed.

Location was near the interstate. Easy in and out to and from property. Staff was pleasant, first day on the job for one of the staff. She was learning on the run, so its hard to find fault if someone doesnt know something, after all, it was her first day. Shell do fine.
Negatives:
The fact the elevator was out of service was the biggest dislike. Front desk staff offered to help us take some of our things upstairs to our room, but when the time came, no one was available. No way to treat seniors. Reservation was for 3 adults, but only 2 bath towels were in the room. Why? Shower pressure was great, however the tub drained so slow you were up to your ankles by the time you were done.

The room was not as clean as it usually is: hair and makeup on pillowcase, which was replaced, Mirrors were smeared, and my mom woke up with pink eye from pillow cases that were not changed. Have tried to contact hotel through email with no luck.

The elevator was broken, and we were not made aware until we got there to check in. The suite we booked was only available on the 3rd floor. We went ahead and stayed and used the stairs. That was not that bad, just inconvenient. There were stains on the couch, a weird yellow stain on one of the pillows, a rusty outlet, the one and only small lamp in the bedroom would flicker off and on, and the mattress was so overused it caved in and was very lumpy. You could see how bad it was just by looking at it.

On arrival our credit card was swiped for incidentals, which there were none by the end of our stay. We were charged the amount of $173.37 USD which we have no idea what this is for and no explanation from the hotel staff. We were charged correctly in a separate transaction for our stay for the hotel room. On querying this the hotel said it wasnt their problem and to contact booking .com. We have tried on numerous occasions to get this additional charge reversed by either party and it has not been done. Not impressed.
