Positives:
The front desk clerk upon arrival was friendly and pleasant. The room was nice and chilly considering it was 116 outside. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but one of the toasters was not working so it created a back up in the line. The room appeared to be clean upon arrival but the longer I was in the room. I found some gross stuff. A plus was it was walking distance to a couple of restaurants.
Negatives:
The intersection getting into the hotel was a little tricky during traffic. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. I used the sofa bed for my kids there was candy and food under the couch from who knows when? I found hairs that did not belong to me or my family in the sheets after sleeping in them.

No shuttle bus to airport anymore, without sending message to let us know.
The only reason I chose this hotel is because the shuttle bus, that make me so disappointed. If they can let us know before we check in that will be better.

There was a medium size trash can left with trash half way full out side of my door as I checked in room . Also toilet paper rolls in restroom were used an not replaced with full new ones
