The staff called the police on a guest for playing low music in the spa. I witnessed the whole thing, I thought it was not right as there were no signs or policy against it. Honestly, you really couldn't hear the music. I won't be staying there again!

The staff was irresponsive to all issues, the bedding was dirty. The shower broke, water had to be turned off to the entire building. Horrible experience

The staff was great and we love that it was dog friendly. The water slides were great. Although, the motor broke after our first night there so we werent able to utilize them the remainder of our stay.

The water slide motor breaking. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay and will definitely return.

The food, staff, and cleanliness of the dining area was excellent. We especially loved speaking with hotel employee who was on staff in the dining area. She's very pleasant, always had a smile, and was such a joy to speak with.

When we arrived inside our room (#323) there was old food left in the refrigerator, grapes under the night stand and the coffee table had a broken leg and chunks removed from the arm office chair at the desk.
