The only thing I did like was when I checked in and was given a room that was occupied the very nice girl in the front desk was very apologetic and gave me a different room and also added 50% of my first night which was very nice of her. Only she was genuinely nice
Negatives:
It was very hard to call and get front desk to pick up, so u would have to go to front desk and ask for towels and trash bags. Which took very long or no one even came to give it to us. So when I saw maintenance I would just ask them myself. Front desk are friendly in a fake way.
