Positives:
We really liked the suite layout with the private sleeping area, living room space, and kitchenette with a dining table. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight for our son. We also appreciated having access to the complimentary valet service when we needed it. The location was perfect for our needs as it gave us easy access to our route to church in New York City and is not far from family living nearby. The staff overall were very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. It was an enjoyable stay.
Negatives:
The water pressure in the room was rather low, and it would be helpful to have a tray provided in the room or at the buffet for transporting breakfast up to our room if we wanted to eat in private (I looked but didn't see any). Our son enjoyed the pool, but the temperature was on the cooler side, so we didn't stay very long. Also, because we would return late in the night or early morning after attending service, the self-parking area of the deck would be full, but there was no way to know that until we drove through the entire garage up to where valet parking starts. Since we have an electric vehicle, we should have been able to park it in one of the reserved EV parking spots; however, non-electric vehicles took up some of those spots one night and with valet parking full as well, we had to park in the shared lot across the street. If we were in need of charging, it would have been problematic.

The only thing I did like was when I checked in and was given a room that was occupied the very nice girl in the front desk was very apologetic and gave me a different room and also added 50% of my first night which was very nice of her. Only she was genuinely nice
Negatives:
It was very hard to call and get front desk to pick up, so u would have to go to front desk and ask for towels and trash bags. Which took very long or no one even came to give it to us. So when I saw maintenance I would just ask them myself. Front desk are friendly in a fake way.
