Staff were really friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing. You get a drink token and a poker chip to spend in the property. We ended up getting coffees with the drink vouchers the next morning which was nice that we could do that

Only thing I didn’t like was how long the wait for the elevator was every time

First of all, when we booked the Hotel, we were told that there would be a free taxi to take us from the JFK to the Hotel. But there were none taxi service. It was the Hotel or the Booking.com that lied to us.
Negatives:
The staff at the Hotel were rude, not friendly at all. The breakfast at the Hotel were terrible, and they charged us too much money for it.
