Positives:
Great location, within walking distance to many points of interest and subway entrance for access to midtown and further. Clean lobby and room, friendly staff. Loved the long couch-like bench in the room to sit on and place luggage (also had a luggage stand).
Negatives:
No counter space in bathroom area. Could hear people in next room that were talking late at night so might want to bring ear plugs just in case you're a light sleeper.
