Negatives: 1) Charged me for early check in (I understand but annoying), 2) very nice cleaning staff never had clean towels and told me I needed to call down after 3 everyday to ask for new towels. 3) there were bugs in the bathroom that came out after every shower, really disgusting but thankfully limited to the bathroom 4) multiple light switches were not connected or did nothing and the phone in the room was not connected to anything.5) elevator was so loud and sounded like it was going to drop at any moment, very scary.

Negatives: The bed was uncomfortable

Negatives: Dirty, room was covered in dust. Horrible sewage smell in the toilet. No hot water, every time we want to shower we have to turn it on for 10 min for it to be luke warm, and that's the hottest it will get. Gym was closed, which was not outlined during the booking process The place was incredibly loud at all hours but I guess that's what you get for the location

Negatives: Cleanliness Lift reserved to maid team at rush hours

Negatives: The room was not good. There was broken furniture, no hot water, radiator was pieced together and staff was argumentative and not friendly

Negatives: Two very slow small elevators, first day no hot water, dirty and stained carpets on the hallways.

Negatives: Basically everything, but the main thing that really set this one off for me was I got bit by bed bugs by my second night staying. Upon my departure I left with a total of 11 bites and the house keeping manager Natalia and front desk didn't seem to care. I asked for a compensation for my stay given that I could barely sleep with all the itching and tossing and turning and the fact i got bit by BED BUGS. She wasn't willing to compensate a night or two for me, instead she gave me a $70 credit. This was truly like a slap in the face. Aside from that the staff had an attitude that was far from decent hospitality, there was only one member that was nice and that was the day I was checking out so it didn't really play too much of a part. I was once questioned with staff and security while just sitting in the lobby if i even stayed at the hotel and threatened to leave the building immediately when I was doing nothing but sitting on the lobby couch. Overall this was a nightmare stay and you couldn't pay me to return. If you want to go home itch free then I highly recommend to never book here.
