Location, location, location! This hotel is right off Fifth Avenue and close to all major attractions, subway stations, etc. We started our day with a cozy and simple breakfast: croissants, string cheese, and orange juice or coffee.
The general area is clean, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The receptionists are helpful when calling a taxi to the airport.
Negatives:
The rooms are cramped, and they need proper cabinets and drawers. We were in a relatively large room with two queen-sized beds, but we had to store our stuff in our luggage, as there were no cabinets.

Great service and great location. I stayed here because I was meeting Becky Lynch at her book signing at Barnes and Noble at 555 fifth Ave which ended up being very close to the book store.
Negatives:
They send you an email to check in and so when you go to the front desk you don't have to show your ID or credit card because that step was already done before you get there.
