Size of eventual room.
Negatives:
Hotel staff could not locate my reservation which made the start to our stay brutal. It took 2 hours on the first night to resolve which included having to get the night Manager to figure out the issues. Then he assigned a room but when we got there, it was not the room promised. Finally we managed to resolve the issue the second day after hours at the front desk. The hotel billed two of us instead of one. That took another 90 minutes to get corrected. This frustrating experience impacted the first 2 days of our trip. We were told that the way booking.com reservations show up in the Marriott Envoy system is not how they find reservations. They go by last name and booking.com shows up by first name. Interesting that hotel staff did not know this before and did not think to try locate the reservation by first name. We also requested a roller bed that took over an hour to get. What a gong show.

The lobby decor is quite nice and the jazz music is a good touch. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. The reception and cleaning staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Negatives:
The breakfast was very basic and there was no drinking water in the rooms. The overflow drain for the bath tub is too low.
