The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was immaculate. When we walked in there was jazz music playing & a personal welcome letter just for me. The room was fresh & clean. The bed was so comfortable. I could go on & on. I Highly recommend.

Location, personalized letter in my room, room was excellent and nostalgic. The view from the 19th floor was awesome. We loved the fireplace and bath tub and most of all the robes!!

The room had an annoying noise from the heater unit at times? The light didnt work near the refrigerator making it kinda of dark and hard to see.

The location is excellent and the free breakfast and the staff running the breakfast were amazing.

The rooms could have been a little bit nicer. Thick layer of dust on the drapes and wallpaper and wood finishes were dented and scratched in some areas. Some touchups would make this hotel look a little bit nicer. The bathrooms and bedding were clean!

I wasnt allowed to check in at check in time 4 pm, told room wasnt ready yet. Which makes sense when I opened the sheets on my beside of the bed and found sheets to be used with a dozen black hairs from a previous guest. GROSS. It was midnight

It has a cool aesthetic & history. Great location as its walking distance from the Niagara Falls & local shops/eateries.
Negatives:
The room could barely pass for clean. There was something gross left under the toilet seat, stuff left in the bathroom walls, the bathroom vent was clogged up & the sheets were see through.

I liked the location of the hotel. That is all.
Negatives:
The hotel was not maintained properly and was unsanitary on several levels. There was hair on the sheets, pillow cases, & under the fitting sheets. There was mold & rust in the bathroom, & lime scale on the showerhead. The carpet was dirty with spots.
Positives:
Great view of city at night. Bed was comfortable. Shower got hot quickly. Staff was kind and helpful.
Negatives:
Could not see well from the rooftop, windows dirty. In a run down part of town. Parking is across the street outside. Water pipes were loud all night, heater did not work well. Older hotel, no smart tv or streaming service.
