The hotel is very clean in all areas, the walls and hallways included which is rare these days. The outdoor space is beautiful, it's nice to walk to the restaurant next door too. The breakfast and eating area is great. Staff very kind.

The bed is worse than laying on the floor. Extremely rigid, felt as though I was being pushed out of the bed it hurt my whole body..which I expect of a cheap motel, but not a Springhill. I was also really put off by the $100 non refundable pet fee.
