It's close to the airport. It's quiet. It's clean
Positives:
The amount of space is great if you need separate bedrooms. It had one private queen suite and private bath, a full kitchen and living room and a second bedroom with two queens and another private bath. Served our purpose and comfort. Breakfast included

The furniture and fixtures could use updating, but comfort, price and space outweighs shiny and new in my book.

Could be a little cleaner and the furniture is very old and dated. The sofa and chair in the sitting area are not comfortable at all. Would be nice to have either an indoor or outdoor pool.
