When checking in front desk lady was so rude. Room was clean, but carpet was fraying. It was pretty outdated. Room was clean, breakfast person was so kind and helpful. Location was good. I

We found Devils Lake Holiday Inn Express easy to find. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. We loved the hot tub and pool. Our room was clean and well set up. We requested no room service and they suggested we put our trash out by the door. We went to the front desk for extra towels, they were so friendly, the service was excellent.
