The location was close to the office I was going to. So I walked over to my appointment. That was super convenient
Negatives:
The hotel is very outdated. There is no microwave in the room. There was no drinking water in the fridge, it could cost me a whole 4usd if I used the drinking water in the fridge.
At night, the there were noises and the bed seemed to tremor.
The view was not good.

The room was like sleeping under a light. about 25% of the population needs a dark room to get a good nights sleep. This room has blind slats that do not block out the light.

The arcade is extraordinary. Staff and people in general in Cleveland are very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty, great choice.
Negatives:
The room was reasonably clean, but in my opinion some details in the bathroom could be cleaned a little bit better -dust from the vent etc.
However it is small detail and in general we were extremely happy with our stay.

It's a beautiful hotel in a perfect spot. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the staff was great. There was everything you need in the building. A restaurant and nice bar, coffee shop, shops and an amazing pizza restaurant/brewery.
Negatives:
We were supposed to have a view. It was of the roof and A/C units. (not really much to complain about, but it was the only negative.

Our room, the view out the window was a wall, but other than that we loved it here! We plan to stay again for our browns game this fall.
