Positives:
Excellent location being close to Riverside Methodist hospital and the staff was very Welcoming when we got there. Any questions we had was answered appropriately and with a kind heart. Beds was super comfy and loved the pillows!

The location was fine except there was a lot of construction on the road.

There was a lot of food missing. No fruit, oatmeal, yogurt. Had to ask for soap.

More variety in the in-store market would have been good. When I got there, the water was sold out and there was nothing else to choose from other than soda. The lighting inside the room was a little dark.

The neighborhood wasn't the best. I was asked for money by a heckler as soon as I was leaving. And the hall way smelt a little weird.

The excellent staff.
Negatives:
The room smelled like urine. Our neighbors were so loud they kept us up all night (thin walls) we had no toilet paper, we had to go down and get it our selves. Boogers were caked on the hand rail in the bathroom. The room wasn’t very well cleaned.
