Excellent location being close to Riverside Methodist hospital and the staff was very Welcoming when we got there. Any questions we had was answered appropriately and with a kind heart. Beds was super comfy and loved the pillows!

More variety in the in-store market would have been good. When I got there, the water was sold out and there was nothing else to choose from other than soda. The lighting inside the room was a little dark.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, even when I left some shoes in the lobby, they hadnt taken care to make sure I got them back.
Negatives:
The room was in disrepair. The window shade was broken, the window leaked air, which was okay but it therefore leaked noise of the highway. The refrigerator made a disturbing sound and I had to unplug it. There was cracked tile in the bathroom was dirty.

They had construction going the road to get in the hotel but thats NOT why I gave them poor reviews. If you like your front desk to smell of marijuana then come here. If you like house keeping to knock on your door early in the AM and not give you a chance to answer whilst trying to open the door themselves then when you proceed to seeing what they want they simply asked your last name and shout to the other housekeeper who you are and that youre still in the room with no apologies after then stay hereeeee
