Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. The kitchen/dining space was accommodating.

My opinion is the bed should be a queen and not a king. One side of the bed had to be positioned against the wall and the climate controls. It was truly a nuisance.

The staff was inadequate at best. It was dark and dingy like a run down apartment building. There were guests who were less than favorable. The night manager came barreling into my room twice!!! I was disgusted.

Room had dirty sheets I had to get new ones there was two pop bottles under the bed from the previous stay. I also was charged an extra $11.78 for check in

Heater did not work. Was replaced with a new unit next day. Someone had a card entrance to our room at 10:30pm. We had the bar in place or they would have entered the room.

Unbelievably rude and aggressive staff, have never encountered anything of the kind before. Arrived exhausted in the middle of the night exhausted and was told I had no reservation when it was right there in front of them. :(

Hotel employee was friendly, the saving grace of this hotel. Otherwise you could dump the whole hotel in the trash!

The night auditor was very rude, I called and she hung up while I was taIking. I will never make a reservation at this hotel. I paid for a room but wasnt allowed to check in because of their system. I am extremely dissatisfied!
