This property is getting better with our every visit. Since IGH took over, the improvements are very noticeable. The updates to the rooms are very nice. The property looks better, fresher and cleaner.
Negatives:
Small drawback that they no longer offer free breakfast. You do receive a daily coupon for 10% off at the very convenient Country Kitchen.

The staff is all just great. It's been a couple of months since we stayed here last. There has been very obvious effort made to spruce up the grounds. They removed the nasty goat beards that always got in my dogs feet and the poo is picked up! Thanks!

The in room coffee is really awful.. but the lobby coffee is ok.

We loved the property. The rooms were cozy and clean. We loved being able to go out our back sliding door for easy access to our car. Being adjacent to Country Kitchen was a huge plus!

Nothing really! It was under construction but that wasnt a bother for us.

Breakfast is at an onsite location, the free breakfast is limited to about ten combos, but covers the basics from omelettes to pancakes to sweet rolls to cereal.

On-going construction. Mostly took up some of the parking, but wasn't noisy or dusty.

It was comfortable and an easy location for on/off freeway and the price was good. The staff was friendly and they have a nice little restaurant for breakfast.
Negatives:
They were under construction but this is actually a compliment to staff and construction workers because despite of this there was no sheet rock dust or debris, it was extremely clean from the work.

Price was good. Staff was friendly enough, room was clean enough, after walking over painting tarps and around construction workers I made it safely to my room.

I wasn't informed until after I booked that it was undergoing a remodel. Also, after I booked I was informed that residents within a 50 mile radius weren't allowed to book. This made me believe either drugs or prostitution were a problem.
