The hotel is very convenient to the airport and a very good value compared to the other neighboring hotels.
Negatives:
There are lots of minor maintenance things that need doing - scuffed paint, chipped furniture, tile and wood repairs. It looks like it's been neglected for awhile.

the hotel staff are very helpful and I really appreciate the night desk cleark shes amazing and very helpful shes the greatest and always does a stellar job her work ethic is impeccable

the parking tickets are a minor inconvenience if you have to leave to run errands

It is close to the airport, and they have a prompt shuttle to and from the airport.
Negatives:
There is no elevator which makes luggage transfer to the second floor dangerous for an older traveler.

1 bed had hair on sheets, but I didn't complain because I was only there a few hours for some rest and there were 2 beds. Bathroom desperately needed repairing of the tub and blow dryer didn't work (yes, I know how to operate gfci plugs).
