When booking, we received confirmation by both phone and chat that a cot was possible so we could have one room with 5 people. The room was booked for 5 people. The evening of arrival, we called at 9 pm as we were arriving late to make sure that a cot was in the room, and were informed only then that a cot was not possible and our only option was to pay for a second room. We were given no other options, and requested a cancellation/refund. This LaQuinta location has not responded to our messages nor booking.com's messages at all. Terrible customer service.
