The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location.

The digital key didn't work, only 1/2 the outlets in the room worked, it was dusty from renovations, found hair in-between the sheets so thinking the sheets weren't actually changed, problems with tv/wifi, not enough lighting in the room.
