We stayed in a newly renovated room on the fourth floor. Our room was very clean and the staff was VERY friendly.

The hotels pipes burst so we listened to the alarms from midnight until 2am the staff was rude everything was soaked and damp and we didnt get our breakfast because that was a huge room that got flooded

I didnt like that the pool was out of use, the tv channels werent working and we couldnt watch the ball drop, the room smelt very bad when we walked in, the drain in the shower did not work

house keeping lady did not want to give me a towel. I asked super nice , told her it was for my toddler . she insisted I go to the front desk and get on . I asked again and finally she did and had attitude about it. cigarette burns on carpet under a sofa chair. dirty room . not worth the price of room
