I liked the gym and the comfort and cleanliness of the bed. I also liked that I felt safe.
Negatives:
The shower had black mold around the bottom, the towels were empty so I had to ask for more and it seemed like the towels were being rationed, it took forever for us to be checked in and the clerk was unclear about how much my cost would be which was 200 dollars more than booking.com said it would be so that was disappointing. There was. Also a reddish brown splatter across the bottom of the wall which I had to clean with a wet wipe. I don’t know if it was blood or what but that was sketchy.

No wine opener available at front desk and staff couldn’t get into bar(closed) to retrieve one. That should be an item that staff should have access in getting g for customers . We thought it was a screw off when we purchased the wine.. got to the room and found out otherwise
