The beds were one step away from falling apart. The shower was dirty. The ceiling looked like it was about to fall in. The carpet was dirty. Fruit at breakfast was rotten

Staff at check in was very unkempt, ripped shirt full of stains. Had to change rooms. No shampoo or conditioner in room. Only staff member not on site for over 20 minutes, had to do pick up at airport. Very poorly run

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were traveling with my daughter’s dog. We were there for the AAC Softball Tournament. I loved that the floors were not carpeted.
Negatives:
The only complaint I have about the hotel is that the shower didn’t drain properly. But honestly, I didn’t contact the front desk to have it addressed. By the time we got back to the hotel on Thursday night, I was too tired to have anyone come to fix it.

We stayed on ground floor and the buzzard at the exit door was loud it kept my wife up and we had no cold running water for a shower or the sink so we could not get a shower looks like they installed a new tub unit but it needs adjustment so the cold water can be used the bed was comfortable we left early for our flight so I can not talk about there breakfast.
