The man who checked us in was very nice and professional. But however, the lady Mary Ann who was working around 2 am Sunday morning was exceptionally rude. I called her with some concerns and she said there’s nothing I can do, and hangs up on me. This was after I had called the front desk over five times she finally answered. I explained to her my situation and she wasn’t helpful at all. If she’s in charge, she definitely needs to be retrained on customer service. Also, my card was charged double the amount while I was staying here.
