Positives:
Very clean and room was nice.
Negatives:
The pool said “closed for the season” however the website says open year round. We were very disappointed the pool was closed considering it was 90 degrees out. Additionally the pictures of the kitchen condo rooms shows a full size fridge but our room only had a mini fridge. The website lists that the rooms have toasters but they do not. Just feel as though there was some false advertising

The place is very nice...
Positives:
Check in was easy. It wasn’t busy so accessing elevators, breakfast and the lobby restrooms were fast and easy. They have a 24hr snack/drink area which helped on out first night there. They also held our bags after check-out since our flight was later in the evening.
Negatives:
We could hear neighboring rooms when they opened/closed their window shades. Never any talking or tvs but the shades were really loud, sounded like the ones in our room were being opened. It was strange. Late at night we could also very clearly hear doors opening and closing in the hallway. Just not very sound proof rooms. The tv also lost signal for a long time and there was no vent in the bathroom. Lastly, Uber rides added up as they are not walking distance to Broadway (30min walk).

Our room safe didn’t work
A couple of days in to our stay we noticed that our room door was able to be opened from the outside without a key. Maintenance came quickly and fixed it, but we had the same issue later that day. Maintenance was gone for the day by the time we noticed it the second time. The staff responded quickly by moving us to an upgraded suite at no charge.

Breakfast wasn't kept warm. Mediocre in taste. Staff were very friendly however.
Negatives:
The mattress and sheets smelt like a pool. Staff obviously uses too much bleach during the washing process.

I liked that it was a close to downtown Nashville without being in the crazy of it. It was only a 5-6 minute Lyft ride away. Complimentary Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was wonderful.

Issue with a broken elevator. The lobby bar left a lot to be desired.
