Positives: The location was good and it was clean.

Negatives: Check out was at 12 however housekeeping starting harrasing us about 845. When I didn't respond to an apparent knock on our door they just walked in. At around 930 they just opened our door and walked in on my husband naked. At 1010 they knocked on the door. This was three times within less than two hours. We definitely did not appreciate housekeeping walking in on my naked husband!!! That is an issue that most definitely needs to be addressed.

Positives: The bar area and lounge were very nice.

Negatives: The sofa bed is a twin bed instead of the full size I am accustomed to getting when I reserve a room with a sofa bed. I needed it for my 2 grandchildren. The room was too small to use a twin air mattress to accommodate my needs since the sofa bed was not full sized. I had planned to stay 3 days. I canceled the rest of my stay and reserved a larger room in another hotel
