After Thursday, May 9th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 9, you will still be charged for the full amount.

The stay was ok up until hot bit by bugs and toilet wouldnt go down tub was dirty room smelly!!
