The only good thing about our stay was the valet person Conner he was so friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The elevator would work when it wanted. Had to take our luggage up four flights of stairs. Our room smelled liked urine and weed. Lobby bathrooms were clogged up and staff member brought us a plunger to do it ourselves. The hotel needs a big time facelift. We will longer stay at that location when going to Austin. Also lobby furniture smells.

The elevator was broken, the rooms were dirty and had roaches and it smelled in the stairs like urine. The night attendant was not helpful at all and even tried to give a plunger to one of my friends when she told him the public toilet was clogged.

The hotel is old and the hallways are not kept clean. It looked like vacuuming had not occurred in several days. It is definitely run down, but the beds were OK. There is nothing remotely fancy about this place. The positive?
