Loved the vibe of the hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Common areas were well thought out and had plenty to do. Loved the rooftop pool - amazing view of the city.

Loved the vibe and the atmosphere. Location was great given the reason for the trip.

Unfortunately it was a bit loud. Could hear conversations plain as day from others in the hallway and could hear the music from the rooftop playing even at 12am and we were on the 3rd floor. Also the bed was not very comfortable. When I laid down, you could definitely tell it was worn out and even sunk into itself. Not very supportive

Very boutique like. Wonderful front desk staff. Great rooftop bar and heated rooftop pool. Loved the decor and ambiance. Room was adorable and very comfortable beds!

Bartender at inside bar was not sociable.Seemed annoyed when we ordered our drinks.Only filled beer cup up about 60% of the way. After the foam head went down we asked for a top off before even drinking and he gave an attitude and literally poured a drop.

The parking situation. There is free hotel guest parking, however, the lot is free to others so when the lot is full, hotel guests are forced to valet for $35.

The breakfast was pretty good, but they add on a 20% gratuity which is too high for the southside of Dallas.

The mirror was missing in my hotel room and the staff didn't even seem to know about it. Also, they would have more guests if they added a gym.
