We didn’t have towels or washrags. When asking housekeeping, they kept saying “no ingles” and never brought us any towels or washrags. When asking the front desk, they said we had to get them from housekeeping. Pretty sad that we couldn’t even take a shower because no one could get us linens. :(

This hotel needs a complete renovation. The carpets are old and dingy, the furniture in the lobby is worn and dirty. The elevator was dirty. There were food crumbs on the floor for an entire day. The furniture in the room was worn. Our couch had a tear on the arm of the chair. The ceiling in the shower was bubbling as if there was water leaking on the other side. The carpet in the room is old and it wasn’t clean. There were a few small stains on the white sheets.
