From the front desk to housekeeping all excellent customer service from the time I got the time I got there to the time I left. Especially the front desk. I wish there was a second elevator side or the stair hallways were clean and the pool.

We went next door for brunch as Grand Luxo restaurant which has the best breakfasts in Houston - just a 5 min walk.
Negatives:
The courtyards that connect the 4 story residential units lack any charm or character at all, you get the feeling you are in an industrial warehouse zone. Nearby sidewalks rough. But that is inner city Houston for you. Rooms and lobby ok.
